B to the owling
Friday night rolled around and found seth and i lying on our bed contemplating what to do for the night. The fading sunlight filtered through our half opened blinds and made stripes across our arms and the floral bed spread. We were trying to come up with something out of the ordinary for us. Something different from our typical movie and sweeties (treats.) Which we will forever love the most. About a half hour later we reluctantly climbed off the bed as our phones starting ringing. It was Madie, my mini me sister. Her and her friend were bored and wanted to know what Seth and I were doing. Since they're 14 and think hardly anything or anyone is worth their time these days, I felt pretty cool. So I base my coolness off of what 14 year olds think of me. What? We made plans to pick them up and then make further plans. Dressy clothes on, perfume, his nice shoes. We ended up going classic skating to start our night. Turns out we all forgot how to do that. 15 minutes and a refund later, we were on our way to the BYU bowling lanes. We were promptly schooled by Seth and clambered back in the car for some fries and spice girls music. We opened the sun roof even though it snowed and dared Seth to stick his head out for as long as he could- 8 seconds. The rest of the night was spent sprawled on our green rug on the living room floor with big glasses of water and harry potter clue, which I won for the first time since I got it at Christmas. Draco, with the portkey in the defense against the dark arts classroom. Seth took the girls home while I picked up the house. Later as we snuggled to sleep, we agreed that it's good to at least try something out of the ordinary sometimes.
