in our hearts

A really terrible and sad thing happened this Monday. Around the time Seth and I met, my beautiful aunt Denise also met a wonderful guy. They grew to be great sweethearts and this was the first guy she felt like this about since she divorced a few years ago. Mike passed away on Monday. They think it was his heart, because his dad had heart problems also.
I just want to say that life is sad sometimes. It really is hard. It is really not fair most of the time. There are good things and beautiful things, like the fact that Mike and Denise met and got to share that kind of love, if even for a short time. And I'm sure that she wouldn't trade those moments and memories for anything, nor would she take back knowing him.
I never had a chance to meet Mike but from the life and friends he left behind, it is evident that he was a good, true person. It always seems those are the people who go too young, unexpectedly, and tragically.
Please keep my sweet aunt and her kids in your hearts as they go through this devastating time.
