warm me up

these two photos are so sweet and warm to me. i am super excited for spring. i love rain so much- and the thought of flowers popping up and warmer nights is entirely too much for me to handle.
seth is in love with the horse above, whom he has named tommy. he feeds him all of our carrots.
(which sort of makes me mad sometimes but how can you be mad at that? it makes seth so utterly happy! look how excited he is!)
so now tommy thinks that whenever our back door opens it means carrots and he trots right over to the back fence and makes little neighing noises that will break your heart.

the 2nd photo is of us on campus one day, earlier this semester. it was actually very cold but the way the sun was coming through the trees was so striking and i had to get a picture of us.
i love when seth is on campus with me. i get all show-offy and share and telly and excited to have him in my school world.

but he isn't here with me today, and i should get back to paying attention in my adolescent education class. yum.
