HPHBP

Brinlee being a fantastic Trelawney.

IT WAS AMAZING.

THE BEST ONE YET.

BEAUTIFUL.

SCARY.

SAD!

HILARIOUS.

They added a scene that wasn't in the book-- interesting. It worked well for those who don't read them I'm sure, but for me it was just an odd liberty to take, and I'm sort of confused that JK approved it.

It's always hard because there is SO MUCH detail in the book it would just be impossible to try to cover that... but DAVID YATES you did a wonderful job this time! He fit all the important parts in and it still flowed! It didn't feel rushed. IT was the perfect blend of magic and muggles and everything else! Scary parts, funny parts.. the transitions were so seamless! The dialogue was splendid.. I looooooooooooooved the script. They stuck more to the dialogue from the book this time.. thank you!

RUPERT/RON/ROONIL is back!!!! He was so gloomy and morose in the last one, and in this one he just SHINES! His comedy, his attractiveness. His shoulders!! gah gah gah

What else what else?

Dumbledore was softer!

Snape is BRILLIANT as always.

Draco looked ill, it was perfect.

Bellatrix is so wonderfully insane and terrifying.

All of the actors are at their best! For kids who practically learned how to act from this saga, they are seriously developing into fine actors.

My complaints: Ginny was creepy.

.. and that's all I can think of right now!!

I can't wait to see it againnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

love after love

The time will come when, with elation,
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror,
and each will smile at the other's welcome,
and say
sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger
who was your self.
Give wine. Give bread.
Give back your heart
to itself, to the stranger who has loved you all your life...

Take down the love
letters from the bookshelf,
the photographs,
the desperate notes, peel your own image from the mirror.
Sit.
Feast on your life.
