So I'm going to get this when I get a minute.
After reading through
this, I'm gonna go for the sun-dried tomato basil, which is in the same ranks as the poppy seed, the plain and the good grains when considering calorie vs fat vs protein vs vitamin vs sodium vs calcium content. (haha) I'm surprised that the bro's aren't so bad for you after all. [With reduced-fat schmear of course.]
