Stopped "logging"? It was rougher than I thought! Logging every day of activity .. is overwhelming. But in my three days I did learn that I waste a lot of time, a lot of money, a lot of breath. But I pretty much already knew these things. I think I can better manage my time now. My main thing is I sit around and think about doing things a lot. I'm trying to focus on actually doing. And also being more spontaneous. For example:
Leaving my number for the hot waiter at Olive.
Dancing like I'm alone at the Institute dance to Backstreets Back.
etc.
What I really want to say right now is that I'm running the above mentioned 5k this saturday, and I think you all should join me!
